12v 100ah Lithium ion Battery
As a professional 12v lithium battery manufacturer for many years, HBOWA adopts grade A lithium cells, 4 pieces 3.2V 100Ah prismatic cells in series. Built in smart BMS software provides over charge protection, over discharge protection, over current protection, and temperature protection. And the optional LCD display panel and link blutooth can monitor the real time battery data of the lead acid replacement battery. The outer shell of the LiFePO4 lithium battery is made of ABS material, eliminating heavy metals and significantly reducing the battery’s weight. This makes it easier and more convenient for users to handle.
Lead Acid Replacement
Compared to traditional lead-acid batteries, HBOWA 12V 100Ah deep cycle lithium ion batteries offer superior performance across various aspects.
- Long cycle life; With over 6000 cycles of life, lead acid replacement lithium batteries outlast lead-acid counterparts by a significant margin, which typically only endure around 300 cycles.

- Long lifespan; Lithium iron phosphate battery boast a lifespan of 10 years, compared to the mere 3 years of lead-acid batteries.

- Faster Charging speeds; 12V 100ah lithium ion battery charging speed is notably faster than lead acid batteries;
- Environmental Friendly; They are composed of non-toxic materials, making them more environmentally friendly than lead-acid batteries.
- Wide range working temperature; The 12V 100ah lifepo4 batteries can be used in -20℃ to 55℃. The battery has a smart protection system, when the external environment temperature is below 0℃, the lifepo4 battery will stop charging, and if the temperature is below -20℃, it will stop discharging.
Charging Method
There are three charging methods for the lifepo4 lithium batteries.
- Battery charger 14.6V 20A. You can connect the charger to the utility grid to charge the lifepo4 lead acid replacement batteries.
- Generator. You can use the generator to generate electricity and connect it with a DC to DC charger 20A, then charge the lifepo4 batteries.
- Solar Panels. You can install the solar panel system, connect the solar array to the charge controller, and then charge the lifepo4 batteries.
Link Bluetooth Optional
Through Bluetooth function, you can connect the battery via Bluetooth, to see the technical data of the battery by APP, such as voltage, current, BMS, each battery cells info, temperature, etc.
LCD Screen Optional
The LCD screen can monitor the data and status of the lead acid replacement battery, it shows data including the voltage, current, temperature, SOC, etc. You can tell us your special needs that are shown on the screen for customization.

Package Details
We package our lead acid replacement batteries in double-layered thick cardboard boxes for optimal protection during transit. Each lithium ion battery is surrounded by foam boards inside the box to safeguard it from all sides.
The exterior of the box is adorned with battery symbols, as well as labels indicating fire resistance, water resistance, and crush resistance. To further reinforce the packaging, we use PVC film on the outermost layer of the cardboard box. We support OEM services, if you have special needs for the carton appearance, feel free to contact us.
