Detailed Structure
The deep cycle 24V 100Ah lithium battery has over 6000 cycles life and a warranty of 5 – 10 years, The built-in BMS protection monitors the key parameters during the charging and discharging process, you can view this data via the optional LCD and connect via Bluetooth using the accompanying phone app which is included in the user manual. The BMS can protect the lifepo4 battery from overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and temperature detection of the 24V 100Ah batteries.
Charging Method
There are three charging methods for the lifepo4 lithium batteries.
- Battery charger 14.6V 20A. You can connect the battery charger to the utility grid to charge the lifepo4 lead acid replacement batteries.
- Generator. You can use the generator to generate electricity and connect it with a DC to DC charger 20A, then charge the lifepo4 batteries.
- Solar Panels. You can install the solar panel system, connect the solar array to the charge controller, and then charge the lifepo4 batteries.
Link Bluetooth Optional
Through Bluetooth function, you can connect the battery via Bluetooth, to see the technical data of the battery by APP, such as voltage, current, BMS, each battery cells info, temperature, etc.
LCD Screen Optional
The LCD screen can monitor the data and status of the lead acid replacement battery, it shows data including the voltage, current, temperature, SOC, etc. You can tell us your special needs that are shown on the screen for customization.
Package Details
We package our lithium batteries in double-layered thick cardboard boxes for optimal protection during transit. Each lithium ion battery is surrounded by foam boards inside the box to safeguard it from all sides.
The exterior of the box is adorned with battery symbols, as well as labels indicating fire resistance, water resistance, and crush resistance. To further reinforce the packaging, we use PVC film on the outermost layer of the cardboard box. We support OEM services, if you have special needs for the carton appearance, feel free to contact us.
