We package our stacked lithium batteries in robust, double-layered cardboard boxes to ensure optimal protection during transit. Each lithium-ion battery is surrounded by foam boards on all sides, safeguarding it from potential impacts.
The exterior of the box is clearly marked with battery symbols, as well as labels indicating fire resistance, water resistance, and crush resistance. To further reinforce the packaging, we apply a PVC film to the outermost layer of the cardboard box.
