Description

The stackable lifepo4 battery adopts a modular design, which is easy to install, and the quantity of lithium batteries can be expanded according to the end users’ actual requirements, the maximum number of parallel units is up to 3 pieces to 15.36KWh. The top layer of stacked batteries is the off-grid inverter, the all-in-one system makes it easier to use, no need to worry about communication issues. HBOWA’s stackable lifepo4 batteries are safe and reliable for house electrical power backup and energy storage of the solar system.

How To Install The Stackable Lifepo4 Lithium Battery?

Warning:

1) Follow the local electric safety and installation policy, a suitable breaker between the battery system and inverter is required.

2) All installation and operation must follow local electric standards and requirements.

3) When battery modules are paralleled, the system should be powered off before installation operation

not allowed during installing the stackable lifepo4 battery

Step 1: Adjust the four foot pads on the base layer to be level and stable with the ground;

step 1 adjust the lithium battery base

Step 2: Place the base neatly against the wall (not shaking);

step 2 place the lithium battery

Step 3: Align the direction and insert the battery layer into the base (lower layer)

step 3 insert the lithium battery to the base

Step 4: Tighten and fix the left and right sides of the connection with screws respectively.

step 4 tighten the lithium battery with screws

Step 5: Insert the aluminum plate and tighten the wall fasteners onto the battery layer with countersunk screws.

Step 5 install the aluminum plate

Step 6: Fix the battery layer on the wall with expansion screws to prevent tipping (multiple batteries can repeat steps 3-6)

Step 6 fix the lithium battery on the wall

Step 7: Align the direction and insert the inverter layer downwards into the battery layer.

step 7 insert the inverter to the lithium battery

Step 8: Tighten and fix the left and right sides of the connection with screws respectively.

step 8 tighten the screws on both sides of the inverter
